When you send a message through the contact form, the following is stored so that your enquiry can be answered: your name, your email address, the reason you selected, the artwork you referred to (if any), your message, the page the form was sent from, and your browser's user-agent string (used to filter automated spam). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — and, for spam filtering, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and are then deleted, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

The website and the enquiries database are hosted by Lovable Cloud. Server logs containing IP addresses may be kept briefly by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

Links to Instagram open in a new tab and lead to a third-party service with its own privacy policy. No data is shared with Instagram simply by visiting this website.
